Smith&Co was tasked with the interior and exterior painting of this stunning Mermaid Waters residence. We focused on enhancing the bright, airy interiors with a smooth, seamless finish to make the most of the natural light, and perfectly highlighting the striking exterior’s clean lines and wood detailing. Collaborating closely with Flynn Projex, we brought the crisp, modern aesthetic to life, ensuring the final results was as impressive as it was intended to be.
