Completing Proxima highlights Smith&Co’s commitment to delivering a timeless aesthetic with a modern flair. This seven-storey development in Southport is now a key feature of Gold Coast - and will be, for years to come. In collaboration with Evans Built, Smith&Co handled the internal and external painting, enhancing the building's warm earth tones that contrast beautifully with the glass of the exterior. The project includes purpose-built spaces with unique interior styles and high-quality finishes, serving as a dynamic hub for learning, research, and business.
